Is there a minimum order for custom cloths?

The minimum order is 100 units, though discounts for larger quantities are provided.

Do you print on both sides?

Yes, we can print on both sides of the cloth, and can print edge-to-edge on either side. For the full-color print applications, we use a white cloth so any unprinted sections will remain white.

What image/file types do you accept?

We accept most traditional file formats for your artwork. We prefer vector artwork, such as .eps or .ai. If you send .jpg or .png, we advise you to provide artwork that is 300 dpi or greater.

What types of payment do you accept?

Credit Card, Wire Transfer or Business Check accepted for payment.

Do you provide a proof or virtual comp?

Yes, in fact we ask you to approve your complimentary proof to insure that the final result looks correct.

Can you help with design?

Yes, we would be happy to provide some assistance with your design and layout. While we are not setup to create logos and extensive new designs, we try our best to help you get the right design.

Can you help with marketing copywriting?

Yes, we can provide a reasonable level of assistance. We have seen a variety of campaigns over the years and can typically provide some tips that help you achieve the best return on your promotional cleaning cloth campaign.

How long does it take to get our cloths?

Typical turnaround time is 10-14 business days from payment and art submission to delivery. If you have a very tight deadline, we can still provide rush services or shipping alternatives.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes, we have both rush production and rush shipping options available. RUSH Services are available in as little as 5 business days.
